About Me

I am a PhD student in Applied Mathematics at CMAP (École Polytechnique) since October 2024, affiliated with the PEIPS and MERGE research teams. My doctoral research is supervised by Sylvie Méléard and Viet-Chi Tran. My thesis is funded by the ERC SINGER and I am a member of the Chaire MMB.

My work focuses on the mathematical modeling of horizontal gene transfer in bacteria (plasmid conjugation), using tools such as Markov processes, time reversal, spinal decomposition, integro-differential equations, and numerical simulation. I am particularly interested in evolutionary theory, specifically evolutionary trade-offs, mutualism, cooperation, and cheating.
